Marketing website privacy notice

This notice explains how Wait Wherever handles information submitted through its marketing website and enquiry forms.

Effective 30 August 2026

Scope note: This notice applies to website visitors and people who submit an enquiry or demo request.
01

Information you provide

When you submit a demo or contact form, we may collect your name, work email, organization, country or region, industry, number of locations, approximate monthly walk-ins, requested plan, message, and the page that led to the enquiry.

02

Information used by the website

The site stores a theme override in local browser storage when you choose Light or Dark. Choosing System removes that override and follows your browser or operating-system color preference. Basic request information may be processed temporarily to validate form origin, limit abuse, and deliver the enquiry.

03

How we use information

The website does not use advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, or newsletter tracking.

  • Respond to your enquiry or demo request
  • Understand business fit and requested capacity
  • Protect the form and website from abuse
  • Maintain the security and reliability of the enquiry workflow
  • Meet legal obligations where applicable
04

Service providers and retention

Enquiry email delivery is handled through Resend and the configured recipient mailbox. The website does not store enquiry submissions in its own application database. Email copies and operational security records may remain in the systems used to deliver and answer the enquiry.

05

Your choices

You can avoid submitting the form, clear the stored theme preference in your browser, and contact Wait Wherever to ask about an enquiry you previously submitted. Rights and response requirements may vary by jurisdiction.
